First up are the finger sandwiches, a staple of any high tea experience. You have the classic cucumber sandwich, along with indulgent options like salmon and goat’s cheese with roasted tomato. And to celebrate our local flavors, we’ve added a biltong pinwheel for a unique twist.

The second course is a tantalizing array of savory bites. From quiches and foldovers to creamy camembert panna cotta, every bite is a burst of flavor. Don’t miss out on the arancini and salmon cornets, which are sure to leave you wanting more.

Welcome to the feast! I’ve got a great selection of loose-leaf Nigiro teas, rooibos, and herbal infusions for you to enjoy. Our hotel blend of green rooibos with fruits, flowers, herbs, and Liz McGrath rose petals will transport you to a special place. And if you’re not a tea person, don’t worry – we also have coffee available. To kick things off, we’ll start with a welcome glass of L’Ormarins Brut Rosé, setting the perfect tone for an elegant experience right in the heart of Constantia.

Before we get started, I want to remind you that we can accommodate any special dietary requirements with 24 hours’ notice. It’s important to book in advance to secure your spot.

Now, let’s talk logistics. The feast will be happening on Saturdays and Sundays, with two time slots available: 11am – 1pm and 2pm – 4pm.
