If you’re looking for a thrilling adventure in the great outdoors, look no further than Paarl Adventure Trails. With a vast network of trails spanning 200km, there are nine different routes to choose from, starting at Spice Route and connecting to even longer routes. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned rider, there’s something for everyone.
Embark on an Adventure
If you’re a regular trail enthusiast, consider signing up for the annual Wine Lands Trails Regional Permit. With this permit, you’ll have access to over 1,300km of trails, extending from Paarl to Wellington, and all the way to Grabouw and the Elgin Valley. It’s the ultimate passport to adventure in the region.

Here’s what you need to know:
- Pay for your day permit with Snapscan at the start of the trails, online, or with a credit card at the Information Centre. There are also showers available for you to freshen up after your ride.
- Cost: Day permit: R80 – R100
