Sala Beach House introduces its first yoga retreat by the sea

Winona Griggs

Join me for an amazing yoga retreat by the sea

Let’s take a break for three days and enjoy a carefully crafted program that will guide us through yoga, meditation, workshops, and other holistic activities. This special experience is all about taking care of our minds, bodies, and spirits.

From setting our intentions to diving deeper into our yoga practice, we’ll be surrounded by like-minded individuals who believe that finding peace and serenity is not just a possibility, but a promise.

I’m so excited to invite you to the Sala Beach House, owned by Craig Rutherfoord. This incredible wellness retreat has breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and direct access to the Thompsons Bay Blue Flag beach. It’s the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Our amazing yoga teacher and nature lover, Christie Holt, will be guiding us through this journey, blending the power of yoga with the beauty of nature.

Hi there! I’m Christie, a yoga practitioner and teacher with a deep belief in the power of yoga to connect us with the earth and transform our lives. I’ve been practicing for almost ten years and teaching for five, and I’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact it can have on our overall well-being.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned master, I invite you to join me at the retreat to restore and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. It’s a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
