When you come to our restaurant, you’ll find a lunch menu that’s meant to make you want to stay and savor your meal. We have a variety of delicious options, like Asian chicken and rice noodles, beef fillet with ratatouille Niçoise, and a tasty teriyaki burger. If you’re in the mood for something different, we also offer red lentil dahl and pork bobotie. Our goal is to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy our estate’s wines alongside our expertly crafted dishes.

The tasting room at Stark-Condé is truly something special. As I make my way across the bridge, I can’t help but be captivated by the breathtaking views of the mountains reflected in the lily-studded dam below. Inside, the room is bathed in natural light, thanks to oversized windows that have been strategically placed to make the most of the landscape outside.

Once inside, I’m treated to a tasting experience like no other. Stark-Condé is best known for its collection of single-vineyard wines, particularly its three distinct Cabernets. These grapes are grown at high elevations, which gives them a unique flavor profile that sets them apart. It’s incredible to taste the different nuances that each vineyard imparts on the final product.

But the experience doesn’t stop there. Stark-Condé also offers a range of other wines that are equally impressive. One standout is their white blend, which combines four different varietals to create a wine that is both balanced and delicious. Another highlight is the Petite Sirah, a relatively rare grape in South Africa that produces a wine quite different from syrah. And of course, there’s the rosé, a perfect choice for a sunny day.
