This year, a restaurant called Geranium won the top spot in 2022. But since they can’t win again, they got added to the “Best of the Best” list. And you know what that means? It’s a chance for Central to step up and claim the crown!
But wait, there’s more! Some other awards were given out too. Kwame Onwuachi’s restaurant, Tatiana, in New York received the Resy One To Watch Award for 2023. Then we have Elena Reygadas from Rosetta in Mexico City. She was named The World’s Best Female Chef for this year. Andoni Luis Aduriz, a Basque chef, won the 2023 Icon Award.
