After studying business, he made his dream a reality by purchasing Klein Goederust in 2019. Today, he takes pride in sharing the wonders of this fully black-owned wine farm.

At Klein Goederust, Paul has lovingly restored the historic farm buildings to their former glory. He has also replanted the vineyards, ensuring the continuation of the farm’s storied winemaking tradition. Upon visiting, you’ll be greeted by a serene atmosphere, where every detail has been thoughtfully considered.

But that’s not all! The rest of the wines at Klein Goederust are skillfully crafted by Paul’s childhood friend and winemaker extraordinaire, Rodney Zimba. The range includes a refreshing chenin blanc, a subtly oak-infused chardonnay, a shiraz that will make you think of pepper and fynbos, a delicious cabernet merlot blend, and a noble late harvest that will satisfy even the most discerning wine lover.
