Instead, Luderitz feels more like the last German outpost in Namibia, a cultural remnant nestled on the rocky cliffs that gradually slope into the ocean.

I love spending my afternoons in the Luderitz Harbour, where you can see boats against the stunning backdrop of the Namib Desert. The golden light adds an extra touch of magic to the scene.
