No need to book in advance – just meet me at Fideli’s, Piazza on Church Square. I’ll be there waiting for you, ready to show you around. We have different routes to choose from: The Bo-Kaap Tour, Historic City Tour, and the Apartheid to Freedom Tour. Whichever one you pick, I promise you’ll have a blast! Plus, along the way, I’ll teach you some local lingo and even show you a few fantastic local hangouts. Trust me, you’re in good hands!

When you join me on this walk, we’ll spend about 90 minutes together. It’s a good idea to wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle to keep hydrated. And even though you don’t have to pay, feel free to show your appreciation by tipping your guide if they do a great job.

Join me on a Bo-Kaap Walking Tour: We meet twice a day at Fideli’s, Piazza on Church Square (11am and 2pm). Let’s wander through the lively Bo-Kaap district, known for its vibrant, colorful houses and fascinating cultural roots. As we explore, we’ll uncover hidden treasures, like the Atlas Spice Trading Centre, where you can discover an array of authentic Indian and local spices. Our journey will also take us to the old Tailor’s House, a place steeped in history, and the Auwal Masjeed – the oldest mosque in South Africa.

Join me on the Apartheid to Freedom Tour: We depart twice daily from Fideli’s, Piazza on Church Square at 11am and 2pm. If you want to truly understand South Africa, you need to grasp the concept of apartheid. On this tour, I’ll share with you stories of both suffering and struggle, but more importantly, stories of hope and freedom. Together, we’ll visit significant landmarks that played a part in South Africa’s history, such as St. Georges Cathedral. It was here that Archbishop Desmond Tutu rallied approximately 30,000 people in a powerful anti-apartheid demonstration. We’ll also pass by the Cape High Court and the Apartheid Benches, before reaching the famous District Six.

Unique Experiences for You: The incredible city of Cape Town has so much to offer. If you’re interested in learning about the fascinating history of diamond mining or exploring local art galleries, or even experiencing the vibrant beats of a Djembe drumming session, the tour guides can create a personalized tour just for you.
