We take care of serving around 80,000 people on the North Coast, and during the peak holiday season, that number can go up to 200,000 for five to six weeks. Hey there! I wanted to share something pretty cool with you. Have you ever heard of the Ballito UIP? It’s a super neat partnership between the private sector and the KwaDukuza Municipality. Together, they make sure that the Ballito area is in tip-top shape.

Thierry Leclezio from the Ballito UIP told me all about it. He said they start getting things ready for the season in August/September. They work closely with the municipality to make sure the beaches are clean and tidy. They also make sure there’s enough security and take care of any special maintenance projects. It’s like a well-oiled machine!

But here’s the really awesome part. Everyone involved in making the region amazing is working together. They all want to make sure that anyone who visits Ballito has the absolute best experience. How cool is that?
