Hey there, I’ve got some great news for you! Chef Michael has an awesome menu for delivery, which includes a delicious three-course dinner and a flavor-packed indoor picnic. Both options are made with fresh, whole foods that will blow your taste buds away!

Let me tell you about the dinner menu. It starts with warm potato bread that comes with fermented black garlic butter and smoked salt. Yum! Then, you have the option of enjoying free-range Lazena Farms chicken liver parfait with sesame lavash. For the main course, there’s slow-cooked acorn-fed Oak Valley pork belly served with pomme purée, fermented cabbage, and apple sauce. And don’t forget the tasty estate garden roasted vegetable and pumpkin-seed salad with mustard dressing. Finally, the meal ends on a sweet note with a baked lemon tart and berry compote. Trust me, you won’t be able to resist!

Now, let’s talk about the cost. It’s only R220 per person, and if you place and settle your order before 2pm, you can get same-day delivery. That’s a pretty sweet deal, don’t you think?

Let’s talk about a delicious dinner experience for two people.

Menu:

• Herbed flatbread, sesame lavash, potato bread, and smoked chilli butter
• Six-month aged boerenkaas and preserved ginger
• A selection of Wild Peacock charcuterie, pickles, and estate olives
• Hake pâté and pickled cucumber
• Estate garden salad leaves, roasted onion, fynbos vinaigrette
• Smoked free-range Lazena Farms chicken breast and curry aioli
• “Mr Cheesecake” cheesecake with a buttered honey crust
• Lavender toffees

Cost: R440 for two people (next-day delivery for orders placed and settled before 2pm)

Tasty add-ons:

• Six dozen potato bread rolls for R50
• Miso aioli (250ml) for R50
• Roasted garlic and lemon hummus (250ml) for R50

I went to the organic garden and picked some fresh herbs. I got chives, parsley, thyme, rosemary, mint, bay leaves, coriander, and lemongrass. It only cost me R50. I also got a bottle of spicy smoked chilli sauce for R50. In addition, I bought some vegetables that were just harvested from the Cavalli organic garden for R50. I couldn’t resist the lemon curd made with lemons grown on the estate, so I got that too for R50. And since I have a sweet tooth, I grabbed a bag of toffees for R50. But the highlight of my shopping trip was the Cavalli garden herb pesto. It cost R80, but it’s worth every penny. I also picked up some roasted sweet peppers dressed in extra-virgin olive oil and toasted fennel seeds for R80. For dessert, I treated myself to a jar of berry compote for R80. With so many delicious options to choose from, it’s hard to resist.

Important info for you: If you’re looking for a vegetarian option for dinner or an indoor picnic, we’ve got you covered – it’s available for R200 per person.
Where we deliver: We deliver to Stellenbosch, Somerset West, and Cape Town.
Delivery fees: Enjoy free delivery if you’re within a 10km radius of Cavalli. If you’re a bit further out, don’t worry! There’s only an additional R50 delivery charge for every 5km.
