They recently relocated their artisanal cheese factory to Waterkloof Wines, where they already create their famous handcrafted creamy burrata, robiola, fior di latte, and other delicious cheeses. And now, they’re taking things a step further by opening a brand-new restaurant: Osteria Cheese Bar.
