Getting to George

If you’re coming from Johannesburg, simply head south on the N1. Once you reach Bloemfontein, take the N9. Then, take a turn at the R404 and follow the N12/N9 into the wonderful city of George.

For those traveling from Durban or Cape Town, your best bet is to stick to the N2 all the way.

George Airport is conveniently located just outside the city, but be aware that flights can be quite expensive and only fly to and from major cities.
